How do I return or exchange an item?

Return Policy: Returns are easy. We honor returns within the first 7 days
of your purchase. To request a return:
Send us an email with your order number and order details, and we'll send you
back a Return Authorization (RA) number. If it's easier, you can forward us
your order status email showing your order details and just let us know you
are requesting a credit or exchange. Once you receive the RA, write this number
on your printed receipt (you can print a copy of your receipt
by clicking here) and mail the item back to us.
When we receive your item, we will notify you and process the exchange or credit.
If an exchange is requested, we will ship the item back to you at no additional
charge. If a credit is requested, please allow 2 business days to see the credit
in your account.
