From Chair to Boss LIVE 2027
Sponsorship Agreement

1. Agreement and Scope. The Pink Pewter Foundation, Inc. ("Foundation") agrees to provide only the sponsorship benefits expressly identified in Exhibit A above. Stage time, booth space, exclusivity, school-tour access and other features are included only if expressly listed. If any approved special terms in Exhibit A expressly modify a listed benefit, those specific terms control. A verbal discussion or proposal does not add benefits.

2. Payment and Confirmation. Sponsor owes a 50% deposit within 30 calendar days after signing, but no later than June 1, 2027. The remaining 50% is due June 1, 2027. If signed on or after June 1, 2027, the full fee is due upon signing. No benefit, placement, slot or category is reserved or confirmed until the required payment clears and the Foundation confirms it in writing. Inventory remains subject to availability until then. If the requested benefit is unavailable, Foundation will offer an acceptable alternative or refund any related deposit received.

3. Late Payment and Sponsor Cancellation. A confirmed deposit is nonrefundable except as provided in Section 6. If a payment is overdue, Foundation may give written notice and, if not cured within 10 days, suspend benefits or cancel the package and release reserved inventory. Sponsor cancellation before June 1 forfeits the deposit but waives unpaid later installments. If Sponsor cancels on or after June 1, the full sponsorship fee remains due, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Sponsor Materials and Participation. Sponsor will supply accurate logos, artwork, speaker details and required materials by deadlines reasonably provided by Foundation. Foundation may reasonably adjust event schedules, placements or formats while preserving materially comparable value. All main-stage content must provide business, leadership, career or entrepreneurial education; on-stage product demonstrations and direct sales pitches are not permitted. Product demonstrations may occur at an included booth, subject to event rules.

5. Brand Use and Performance. Each party permits the other to use its name and approved logos solely to promote and fulfill this sponsorship, in accordance with reasonable brand instructions. No minimum attendance, impressions, sales, leads or press coverage is guaranteed. Sponsor has no approval or control over the overall event program.

6. Postponement or Cancellation. If the event is postponed for circumstances beyond Foundation's reasonable control, benefits will transfer to the rescheduled event. If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 12 months, Foundation will refund fees attributable to undelivered benefits; if no written allocation of benefit values exists, it will refund all fees paid. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from such postponement or cancellation.

7. Liability, Law and Complete Agreement. Each party is responsible for its own acts and personnel. Except for fraud, willful misconduct or liabilities that cannot legally be limited, Foundation's liability is limited to fees actually paid under this Agreement. Illinois law governs. This Agreement, together with the incorporated Exhibit A, is the entire agreement; changes must be in writing and approved by both parties. No tax deduction or tax treatment is promised.

8. Electronic Signature and Authority. The individual signing confirms authority to bind Sponsor, consents to this electronic transaction and agrees that electronic signatures and records have the same effect as paper ones. Foundation accepts this sponsorship only upon its written confirmation under Section 2.
